Ergonomic Workstations
The EDGsystem adds depth and versatility to the Lista
Ergomation height adjustable workstation lineup while continuing
the tradition of dependability that customers have come
to expect.
The new design allows business owners to purchase a workstation frame that meets the needs of their business and is easily upgradable to meet needs as the business changes. The patent pending universal leg design enhances the EDGsystem workstations dependability and versatility. A nested steel structure incorporates a three-stage slide mechanism, which provides a smooth, stable surface height adjustment from 25 to 41 inches.
Height adjustment can be motorized, hand cranked or manually set. The motorized version includes three memory settings so production can adjust on the fly during shift changeovers. The hand-cranked version is a gear-driven lift system operated by a telescoping crank handle. The manually set version is adjusted in one-inch increments and locked in place with dual-pin safety clips.
The Design allows countless configurations without major
modifications to the original workstation. The key to this
versatility is the patent pending EDGpanel which can be
mounted to both front and back, and serves as an attachment
point for nearly anything a specific application requires.
The EDGpanel features two full length channels that allow
an operator to attach an upright in any horizontal position
along its length. Also, the patent pending EDGclamp allows
an operator to attach a Lista Ergomation slotted upright
in various vertical positions.
The EDGpanel also includes a built-in modesty panel and a wire management duct for concealing power cords, outlet strips, or hoses.
The new frames front and back are identical, allowing for numerous configurations. It accepts worksurfaces from 24 x 30 to 48 x 96 inches. All surface support brackets come with accessible mounting holes for surface tilt options.
Each frame width is sized to integrate with Lista Ergomation
trolleys to boost productivity and make efficient use of
available workspace. With other workstations, trolley legs
and casters may interfere with the station feet or not align
with the worksurface, but with EDGsystem frame, this problem
is resolved. The EDGsystem is also a cost effective alternative
to many of todays ergonomic choices.
