STANDARD SHELVING :
TMC manufactures boltless shelving.
Standard Duty Q shelf combines the economy of particle board shelving with the engineered strength of steel posts and beams. Standard Duty Q shelf is designed for light to medium hand loaded storage requirements with single rivet and double rivet beams.

Q Shelf is designed for fast trouble free installations requiring only a mallet to assemble or adjust. Riveted connections and keyholed uprights eliminate separate nuts, bolts, or clips which can easily be lost. Uprights are punched for shelf adjustability on 1 ½" centers, giving you freedom to construct a shelving unit that satisfies your specific needs.

MEDIUM SHELVING:
Medium Duty - capacity beams are designed to combine the stability and capacity of a double rivet beam with the low profile of a single rivet beam.

Medium duty or low profile beams have a distinct advantage. A low profile beam with a double rivet connection produces an intermediate beam capacity between single rivet beams and full size double rivet beams. Where total shelf height is restricted, a low profile beam creates a larger clear shelf space without sacrificing shelf capacity.

HEAVY DUTY SHELVING:
Heavy Duty Q Shelf is designed for heavy hand loaded storage applications that require wide lateral clearances between posts. Heavy duty Q Shelf incorporates the same keyhole design used in standard and medium duty shelving. Interchangeable posts permit a single unit to contain both heavy and standard duty shelving with independent shelf adjustability on 1 ½" centers. All posts are engineered with the capacity to support high rise shelving with catwalks and mezzanines directly off the posts.

Heavy Duty Q Shelf's versatility lets you build standard shelving, wide span shelving, mezzanines, work tables, stocking carts, muffler racks and an unlimited number of additional storage solutions from standard Q Shelf components. Q Shelf is more than shelving... it's Cubic Utilization Equipment.
